Created attachment 71906 [details] File with screenshot and working iconset with notes on how it was made to work Problem description: when I create an iconset I cannot make it work correctly without editing the archive with 7zip Steps to reproduce: 1. enter 1,2,3...9 in cells A1:A9 2. set up an icon set using (for example) 3 flags 3. set the values as 0 and 33 (for example) (other values, e.g. 33 and 67 exhibit the same problem) Current behavior: the data is all highlighted using green and red flags - the yellow flags are missing. Expected behavior: the top 33% should be green, the next 33% yellow and the bottom 33% red. Workaround: open the file as an archive (e.g. in 7zip) and edit content.xml to set the final value as 67 in the conditional format - this value cannot be changed using the dialogue.
