Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create interface for dBase files
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior:

Does not recognize files with capitalized extensions. i.e. sees .dbf but does not see .DBF

Expected behavior:

Sees all files regardless of extension.

I have tested it and can confirm this behavior in every LO-version up to 4.0.0.0 beta1. Have set the version to 3.3.4 - the oldest version I have tested.
