A test file with a cropped image

Problem description: 

When opening a docx file with a copped image, the image is opened as a non cropped one. The same file if saved as a doc file from Microsoft Office opens OK.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached crop.docx

Current behavior:

The image in the document is not cropped.

Expected behavior:

The image should be cropped.
Operating System: All
Version: 4.0.0.0.beta2

Confirmed on Windows XP with
* 3.6.0.0 beta 1
* 3.6.3.2
* 4.0.0.1 rc

So set status to NEW, set version to earliest version reproducible.

Cropped image is imported correctly in master: Version: 4.2.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 8716aa29fe4b4309fec71ef6a21ccbdd1f3b7f9e

Tested on openSuSE 11.4 (64-bit).
