Created attachment 72392 [details] Example of A1 size spreadsheet that cause errors. Open attached file and scroll up an down the spreadsheet. You could see a slow refresh, sometimes a bad refresh (duplicated rows or similar) and sometimes a crash. This happens using a big format paper in page setup. Operating System: Windows XP Version: 3.6.4.3 release
On pc Debian with 3.6 sources, I can reproduce the problem only if I enable macro. Could you give a try by disabling macro?
Disabling macro there are no problems. With macro enabled, during a scroll soffice.bin take >90% of CPU. But why?!? When I open the document the macros are executed (I use this macros as "extensions" of formula functions). Now if i don't change any vlaue on cells macro hasn't to be excecuted anoter time. ---- I made more tests... The problem is "conditional format". I use conditional format to change backgroud color of cells. In conditional format i use macros.... (If value of formula is...). If I remove all conditionals format the problem disappear. If I remove macros from conditional format rules the problem disappear. If I edit a conditional format rule that involves a macro I notice that UI are a bit slow and there are a little more CPU utilization.
Markus/Noel: I'm not sure if the problem is conditionnal formatting or Macro here. Any idea?
Should be fixed in master already.
In version 4.0.0.3 problem still exist, but UI refresh is more faster and the problem is less annoying.

The problem still persist in version 4.1.1.2
I confirm issue on 4.1.3.2 under Win7 64bit there's a limited refresh delay when scrolling the spreadsheet
@ZioTibia81 do you still experience crashes or just refresh issues on recent LibO releases?
@tommy27 No crash in 4.1.3.2 @ WinXP 32 but slow refresh problem. Refresh problem occours when the spreadsheet has a lot of rows or if I use conditional formatting. In conditional formatting case: more formatting rules => more slow is the refresh
Ok. I remove the "crash" from summary notes.

No slowness. Had to disable macro execution, because LibO had to be killed due to some macro badness loop on opening. WFM.
