In the new template manager click on icon 'i' to call the properties of a template. You get a page with a preview of the template. This preview shows some toolbars of the application window. You can even click on the arrow to show the additional toolbar commands. See attached screenshot.

Confirmed on Linux, marking:

New (confirmed)
Normal (minor bug, doesn't affect ability to make high quality work)
Highest (this is a new feature for 4.0, it should work right :) )

It is not duplicate to bug 37758. That one is fixed, but the preview in the template property window is still wrong in Version: 5.2.0.0.alpha0+
