Steps how to reproduce with server installation of "LibreOffice 3.5.7.2 rc German UI/Locale [Build-ID: 3215f89-f603614-ab984f2-7348103-1225a5b] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit):

1. From LibO Start Center open new Spreadsheet document
2. Menu 'Edit -> Find & Replace'
   > Dialog appears
3. <Help>
   Expected: Context related Help "Find & Replace Searches for or replaces text 
             or formats in the current document."
   Actual: General Help "Welcome"

That still worked fine  with Server installation of Master "LibO-dev 3.5.0 – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) English UI [(Build ID:  3b32204-7f92fce-2ba0a9f)]" (2011-09-03), so Regression!

I just see, fixed for 3.6.4.3
