Docked vertical and bottom toolbars borders are not drawn correctly/not drawn at all as shown in attachment.

I agree, a bar should be a real bar with borders around.

I doubt that this is a request for all OS,  Attachment 72112 [details] for Bug 58748 shows borders and seems to be taken from LibO 3.6 or LibO 4. Or did I misunderstand the report?

I am not really sure is it relevant for all OSes/versions. Bug existed in LO 3.6 and LO 4.0 on win7.
