Test sheet

Bug (?) found in a sheet which was working in 3.6.

A cell with a custom formating ("[GREEN]0;[RED]-0") is not formated when the file is opened. (Its my wanted format, but it breaks wit other formats to).

If any cell used by the formula is changed, the formating is done.

But after saving/closing/re-opening, the formating is lost.

To reproduce the problem :

Create the file (a test file is attached to the bug)
 - Create a new sheet
 - type "1" in A1
 - type "-1" in A2
 - type =A1 in B1
 - type =A2 in B2
 - format all these cells with the custom format : Number -> "[GREEN]0;[RED]-0"
 - save the file
 - Close the file

Observe the bug :
 - Re-open the file
 - See that numbers in col B are not colored
 - Change the values in col A (you can re-use the same values)
 - See that the numbers in col B are now colored
 - Save file
 - Close
 - Replay this scenarii forever

Thanks for reporting!
I can confirm this behavior. Pressing ctrl + shift + F9 to recalculate resolve this problem.

Because a recalculation resolve this issue, I think this is due a Import Cache problem. Therefore I put Markus, Kohei and (Eike?) in CC.

Kind regards,
Joren
