Cisco stencils

Problem description: 
No way to import Cisco stencils?

Steps to reproduce:
try to open a vss file.

Current behavior:
Nothing happens when trying to open the file.

Expected behavior:
Load and show the stencils

Confirmed that this is not possible. Marking as:

New (confirmed)
Enhancement (not a bug, just a new desired feature)
Low (non native, not incredibly popular and going to take a lot of work to implement)

Fridrich, all 292 stencils are wrapped EMF images.
I don't see anything special in the file.

This was never supposed to work. VSD or VSS file are the same structure, just that a VSS file has typically empty pages. If imported into LO, it will show as empty document, or as just nothing. If you want to extract the stencils, you have to use the standalone writerperfect module and its vss2odg tool. So, this bug is more of a feature request.
