Created attachment 74596 [details] after finishing the editing some graphical misbehaviour appears this report concerns version 4.0.0.3 could not select it from the pull down menu above! "There is no version named '4.0.0.3 rc' in the 'LibreOffice' product." Problem description: When editing title, sub title or axe titles directly by double clicking and cutting and pasting parts of the title text, the title box gets lost. Steps to reproduce: 1. In Calc create a new diagram, with or without data does not matter 2. choose insert>title from the menu 3. type any title, click ok 4. double click the title box for direct editing 5. select the title text or parts of it 6. choose edit>cut from the menu or hit ctrl+x 7. unselect text and choose edit>paste or do ctrl+v 8. click somewhere on the diagram but outside the title box 9. I experienced a graphic error like in attached screen shot 10. click somewhere outside the diagram, the title goes missing Current behavior: Expected behavior: Operating System: Windows 7 Version: unspecified
not reproducible with LO 4.0.1.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit) as shown in this attachment, but for me is does not work to cut the title or part of it
> 6. choose edit>cut from the menu or hit ctrl+x Can't perform CUT (same as comment 1) > 7. unselect text and choose edit>paste or do ctrl+v But I can do that > 8. click somewhere on the diagram but outside the title box > 9. I experienced a graphic error like in attached screen shot Confirm same behavior > 10. click somewhere outside the diagram, the title goes missing Confirm same behavior Reproducible on LO 4.0.4.1 (Win7 32bit)
Hi, I can confirm the bug: - cut has no visible effect - title disappeared With Version: 4.3.2.2 Build ID: edfb5295ba211bd31ad47d0bad0118690f76407d
A simple workaround is to copy, suppress and paste. Cutting is buggy but not copying.
