Description Rainer Bielefeld Retired 2013-02-16 16:19:58 UTC
The most important goal of a bug report is to make reporter's problem reproducible for LibO staff; it's not enough only to tell that a problem does exist. That's an important difference, and so it's wrong to ask a user to describe his problem, we should ask him to tell us how we can reproduce the problem.

My suggestion how to tell you find here: <https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/index.php?title=BugzAssHlp_Greeting&diff=63382&oldid=42789>
