The readme.txt I found in build Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: 7ee2857ab5daa791d36615d149ee562020b883e)
TinderBox: Win-x86@7-MinGW, Branch:master, Time: 2013-02-17_08:19:43

Is completely unrelated to the NinGW build, so for example it has a link leading to 4.0 - related Website, contains hints how to reach some goals during an .msi installation, how to install on Linux and and and. I attached a copy with some comments with suggestions how to improve.

I think generally our readmes can be improved concerning guild relation.
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ Master

Marking as NEW and adding Jean as one of the go to documentation people :-D

The MinGW port is dead, there is no need for that any more - our normal Windows
build became pretty reliable & easy to set up in the meantime.
