Currently LibO ofen breaks ODF standards lightheaded.
- Why has an empty writer document saved with ODF 1.2 extended ODF errors 
  "unexpected attribute "style:contextual-spacing""?
- Why do we contribute Presentation templates with invalid ODF, what causes
  LibO trouble with our own Templates (Bug 61040) 

LibO Templates and LibO Documents only should break ODF compatibility in "ODF 1.2 Extended" mode where necessary
