Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Format a cell with a formula to set negative numbers to red. Negative numbers are red.
2. Save and close file.
3. Open file.

Current behavior: Red negative numbers become black.

Expected behavior: Red negative numbers stay red.
