Description sworddragon2 2013-02-28 09:13:26 UTC
On pressing F7 in a Writer document the spellchecking menu opens and says "The spellcheck is complete." but after pressing on OK the menu closes. This makes it not possible to click on any other buttons in the spellchecking menu.

Hi. After some discussion with another QA, I understand that if spell check is opened on an empty document, or any document without any spelling errors, the "The spellcheck is complete ... OK " dialog is the only thing that is clickable, and the spell check instantly closes, prohibiting the user from viewing the options, help, or language selections.

Start with a document without errors.
Open spellcheck using F7.

Expected Result: User can click on Help or any of the options in dialog.

Actual Result: Without an error to make the dialog stick, the only option is to click OK and spellcheck closes.

Verified on LibreOffice Writer 4.0.1.0+ using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
