Hello bram.wayman, I confirm the behavior you describe. The text area is anchored to Page while the others are anchored to paragraphs. For me, since a long time, we cannot mix the anchors without this issues. I don't know why. Perhaps is it time to fix this very old bug. The surprise here is to refind the correct behavior by preview. I join a workaround to show this is the case. I did some changes to your document. I set text area anchored to paragraph I get by repeating the last blank one down to the text area. That's all. I know this not very clean but this work.
