Version4.0Ink Problem is when a totals cell is set up to display an answer as a minus figure shown in red it only stays red at initial calculation and print out but once the file has been saved, exited and re-opened it displays coloured black. Hope you can sort this guys as I can not live with having to keep altering files each time I want to re-open them.
Thanks for reporting this to us! If you can, please answer the following questions: 1. Does "Version4.0Ink" mean that you are running LibreOffice version 4.0? 2. Which part of LibreOffice are you using? Writer, Calc, Math, Draw or Base? 3. Can you attach a sample file where this is broken on?
Sorry - ignore no. 2 as I didn't read your summary.
1. Yes it's version 4.0 2. Spreadsheet 3. Best to try inputting 2 negative numbers in a spreadsheet yourselves and getting the system to total them as a minus figure shown in red. It will display properly in red but not when you close the file and reload it. ________________________________ From: "bugzilla-daemon@freedesktop.org" <bugzilla-daemon@freedesktop.org> To: rita_bee@yahoo.com Sent: Thursday, March 7, 2013 7:38 PM Subject: [Bug 61969] Negative formula totals not staying red on spreadsheet file re-open crazyskeggy@gmail.com changed bug 61969 What Removed Added Status UNCONFIRMED NEEDINFO Ever confirmed 1 Comment # 1 on bug 61969 from crazyskeggy@gmail.com Thanks for reporting this to us! Created attachment 76172 [details] Example file - B2:B4 should be red I can reproduce this bug on Windows XP SP3 with LibO 4.0.0.3. I am attaching a sample file to make it easier for devs to understand the problem. I have set B4 to number with Negative numbers in red (like B2:B3) but when you open the file it shows up black.
The behavior remains flaky throughout 4.0.1.2 / 4.0.2 as well on Windows 8 as on OSX (Java is great!) Could also reproduce with the above attachment, so I'm not attaching my large table.

Hi there I have reported this bug again as it still exists on the updated version 4.0.2 that I have installed today. The totals in the spread sheet can initially show in red, be saved and the file exited but the file continues to reload the totals in black. Regrettably I am having to use Microsoft software to do spread sheet calculations until you can sort this out.
