I'm not sure what info will be helpful.

Page size was A4

Drawing shapes stretched from the left margin to the right margin.

PNG and SVG export don't chop anything off. GIF chops the right hand side off.

This is similar to bug 63334 . That bug was reported later, but contains more information. That's why I am marking this bug as duplicated.
