Problem description:

I have created a spreadsheet with currency formating. Negative numbers should be red.
If I create a cell with a formula and the result is negative the number should be red.
Of course it is, if I create the spreadsheet, but it is not after loading the file.
If the formula is refreshed (recalculated) it is red again.

Steps to reproduce:
See attached file

Current behavior:
negative numbers are not red after loading the spreadsheet

Expected behavior:
negative numbers should be red after loading the spreadsheet

Operating System: Windows 8
Version: release
