How to reproduce:
- Open a new document (any LO component)
- Add a rectangle, ellipse, text box or any other closed shape from the Drawing Toolbar
- Right-click the shape, choose "Area..." from the context menu
- Change the color, filling, etc in the "Area" tab, then press "OK"

Expected result:
- Filling of the shape is changed;

Actual result:
- Filling of the shape is unchanged;

Observed in:
LO Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: 7980049cebfb4337df11bf339aaee161b1069be) on openSuSE 11.4 (64-bit)
Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: d2f57b6c1275e0e6ed7f214d471ddb84ecb1b4a) on Ubuntu 12.04 (32-bit)

Not observed in:
LO Version 3.6:build-304 (Build-id: 360m1(Build:304)) on openSuSE 11.4 (64-bit) and on openSuSE 12.2 (32-bit)
