PPTX shape order

In PowerPoint 2007 the text is in front of the shape while in LibreOffice the shapes hides the text.

reproducible with LO 4.0.1.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit), looks different to MSO 2007

Fixed in LO 4.2.0.4 Win7.

There is a problem with the textbox shadow on LO which is absent in PowerPoint.
