Problem description: Please consider adding a torrent download option. This will allow users to assist in increasing download speeds by seeding the software. It will also assist users with downloading the software that have slow, unreliable or on demand internet service such as dial-up. Steps to reproduce: 1. None the feature does not currently exist. Current behavior: Currently if the download is interrupted it has to be fully restarted which can take a large amount of time on slow unreliable internet connections. Expected behavior: A torrent download option would allow users to assist by seeding the software for other users to download and provides the best means of download for unstable, error prone and unreliable internet connections as torrent can be stopped and started without having to restart the entire download. Operating System: Fedora Version: 4.0.1.2 release
