Problem description: the format used in the Master slide is lost if I save as in .ppt or .pptx format. Text is maintained but in text boxes separate from the Master slide layout, requiring to recopy and paste all text back into the Master slide format. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. create slide in .odp (or directly in .ppt or .pptx) with a Master slide format applied
2. "save as" in .ppt or .pptx
3. close file, reopen in .ppt or .pptx
