An example of the orange square that sometimes appears at the left of a menu item

Problem description: 
Normally when you mouseover a menu item in ubuntu it light up orange, but now (only in libreoffice) it doesn't. With some options there's a little orange square lighting up at the left around 6mm, but not the whole menu item.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click in the menu bar and mouseover the options

I'm using Ubuntu 13.04, I don't know that's the cause because it's still very new, but I know it only happens in Libreoffice and not in other programs.
