Problem description: 
Text colour won´t change in cell when figure is negative. 
I used the following number format: 
#.##0,00 [$€-407];[ROT]-#.##0,00 [$€-407]
This used to be no problem in previous versions of Libreoffice.
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior:
all text is black
Expected behavior:
negative numbers should show up red
