Regression from:
Version 3.6.6.1 (Build ID: a61ad19)

When number format of Pivot Table Style is modified, it is not showed inside the Pivot Table, but if the style is applied in a range outside the pivot table, it is correctly showed.

The issue is fixed now, I don't when it was:
in the three versions:
4.0.4.2
4.1.1.
4.2.0.
