Step Plot

I am using LibreOffice to plot my heat/water/electricity usage. I Plot the average money spent per day in a given period.
With the normal Line Plot i get a confusing plot. If i am on holiday it looks like i gradually use less money per day until the holiday stops and then it starts going up. In fact the average was low when on holiday and higher when not. This can only be acurately plotted with a Step Plot.

This will be a new feature introduced in LibreOffice 4.1 - please see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/4.1#Calc.
