Using Linux Mint 15 x64 with LibreOffice 4.0.3.3 :

How to reproduce:
* Open attached ods file
* Go to sheet 'Venduto Constanti'
* Cell 'AW2' has value N/A

Opening the same file using LibreOffice 3.5.x:
* Cell 'AW2' is just empty

The issue is as you can see in the bug:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53274

You can solve with the IFNA() function added in 4.x version.
