DOCX containing a shape with an image fill

Problem description:
Created in Word a DOCX file that contains a shape
that has the fill set to a picture.
When opening the DOCX in LO - it opens as an empty shape
that has no picture fill to it.
In addition - the shape location is not the same as in Word.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached DOCX in LO
2. An empty shape is shown

Current behavior:
LO opens that attached DOCX and shows an empty shape in the wrong location.

Expected behavior:
LO should show the shape with the image fill and position it in the correct position.
Operating System: Windows 8
Version: 4.0.2.2 release

It seems like the image fill is not being rendered correctly,
as it goes out of bound from the left side of the page.
