Created attachment 80150 [details] DOCX containing Wordart Problem description: LO imports a DOCX with Wordart, and renders the Wordart as simple text, without any styling. ALso the text-box is in the wrong size. Steps to reproduce: 1. Load the attached DOCX in LO 2. Wordart appears as simple text Current behavior: LO shows the Wordart as simple text. Also text is 2 lines instead of a single line. Expected behavior: LO should show the Wordart like Word Operating System: Windows 7 Version: unspecified
I have found similar bugs in Bugzilla, but thery are differnet because in them the Wordart is either rendered (just in wrong position) or is not rendered at all. This case involves Wordart that is rendered as text. Related Bugs in Bugzilla: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33072 - in this bug the Wordart is rendered as a shape (no text) https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62251 - in this bug the Wordarts are rendered as shapes https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35334 - in this bug the Wordart is rendered, but aligned in the wrong position
I can confirm this using Mac OSX 10.8.3 with LibreOffice 4.0.4.1 rc1, in combination of Word for Mac 2011. Thanks for your research! Kind regards, Joren
