Description Manolo Martínez 2013-06-14 09:03:53 UTC
Problem description: It is not possible to copy a formula object in a Writer document, and then paste it elsewhere in the same document. LO appears to ignore the copying operation, and pastes whatever was antecedently in the register.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Writer document
2. Create a formula object (e.g. "P(S_1 divides M_2)")
3. Select it
4. Copy it with Ctrl-C
5. Move the cursor to the right of the formula
6. Press Ctrl-V

Current behavior: Whatever had been copied previously gets pasted -- not the formula

Expected behavior: the formula should be copied.

Operating System: Linux (Other)
Version: 4.0.3.3 release

Not reproducible on LO 4.0.4.2 (Win7 32bit).

Perhaps you could attach sample doc with precise procedures to see that problem?

Also not reproducible - Bodhi Linux x64

between 5 & 6 (steps) you should have "left click" if you just move the mouse there and ctrl + v it won't do anything :)

Marking as WFM
