Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Open attached Demo-Hayden-Management-v2.docx document in Writer
2. Open attached Demo-Hayden-Management-v2.docx document in Word2007/2010
3. Word opens it, but Writer crashes.

On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today and 4.0.3 Debian packages with a brand new LO profile each time, I don't reproduce this.

Luke: could you give a try after having renamed your LO directory profile? (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile). If you still reproduce this, could you retrieve a backtrace? (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport#How_to_get_a_backtrace_on_Linux)

After resetting my user profile, LO continued to crash. But then I reinstalled my OS and LO 4.1 RC1 and it is longer crashing. Sorry for the invalid report. I will be more careful in the future.
