Problem description: the scrollbar stops working when moved to the end. Then it is impossible to drag it to the top, it moves down, no more up.

Steps to reproduce:
1. ....
take a file with 10000 rows
2. ....
drag the scrollbar to the end (around 10050)
release
3. ....
try to drag to the top

Current behavior:
impossible to drag to the top
