When I create a new document then try to save it LO goes to the save screen then hangs - cannot change the file title and the system says program is not responding.
Happens on an new program or on an existing program.
Rebooting does not make a difference.
This is LO 4.0.4.2 Windows 8 on a Toshiba notebook with i7 processor.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled LO to no effect.

I tried to recreate this bug but could not.  I'm changing the status to resolved-worksforme.  If this is still a problem please change status back to unconfirmed and provide more information if possible.

I tested using:
Version 4.0.4.2 
WIN 8 x86_64

@les:
rather then installing libreoffice again, try refreshing the user profile.
