NEW as bug confirmed and bt attached.
I'm try to reproduce this with master sources but don't see any Exchange button, any idea?
bfoman: I took a look to git history of sd/source/ui/slideshow/slideshow.cxx and found that Michael had pushed a fix for fdo#67045 (ee4569efa8322497112e8e951a67b9adca4ac55e, 18/07/2013). Could you give a new try after an update?

bfoman: I got another monitor but no vga cable :( (I use the other monitor with dvi cable)
andybstaples/bfoman: could you give a new try with a recent LO version (eg: 4.1.3)? Indeed, it could be solved by the fix for fdo#67045 (put in See also)
Hi, Sorry its taken me so long to get to this. The bug still exists in 4.1.4 as far as I can tell. Thanks. Has there been any progress on this bug? Can I supply any more information to facilitate it getting squashed?
FWIW, works fine under Linux and 4.2.6.2
Andy: following last Caolan's comment, could you give a new try with recent LO version (4.4.2 or at least 4.3.6)?
