an examble of document where don't  work "select all" command

Problem description: 
Select All command not work if document start with a table

Steps to reproduce:
1. create a document
2. write some paragraphs
3. go to begin of the document
4. create a new table with 1 row 2 col.
5. Menu "Modify" -> "Select All"


Current behavior:
Is selected ONLY THE TABLE, NOT ALL DOCUMENT!

Expected behavior:
Should be selected all document.

Version: 4.1.0.4 release
