Problem description: 
Created data validation drop down. Choosing 'list' option, typed in values. After clicking OK, seeing the drop down list button (down arrow), click on button, none of the values appear on screen as if totally blank.

When I get back into the validation settings, the list has 'disappeared', meaning it either didn't save, when pressing 'OK' or it actually vanished.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create data validation list
2. Press ok.
3. Click on arrow down fig.

Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.1.0.4 release
Last worked in: 4.0.4.2 release

Is it possible to attach a sample document so we can reproduce this behavior? You can do this by browsing to your bug (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=67650), log in with the same login you create this bug report, and attach it to the bug.

I can reproduce this behavior, tested using Windows 8 with LibreOffice Version: 4.2.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 2382b8e8ec0ea65dc2a9ad1c401abe3be35a1487
