Hi, I wanted to make a series from 1 to 2048 step by 1 in LibreOffice Calc. This menu active only if I select min. 2 cell, but it cannot fill the range with the required values. It is a very annoying bug. If I enter the start value and the final value and the step value, why should I select the range before it? I think it would be a base function. The demand: select a cell, in the edit menu-fill-series, enter the required values, ok. If there is any solution for this missing function, please inform me. Regards, Imre
Hello I reproduce on windows 7/64 with Version: 4.2.0.3 Build ID: c63c03decdf780d8fb80823950665b782ec9ecd0 I set status to New but change Importance to Enhancement: This is not a bug but the expected feature as specified in help "Before filling a series, first select the cell range." Note: an easy way to select is to type the references in the "Name box" Regards Pierre-Yves
I tried with selecting 2 cells and it only fill the 2 cells selected. The only way I could fill all 2048 cells was to select all the column (click on column letter in the top) and apply this fill function.
