Starting with build

Version: 4.2.0.0.alpha0+

the Open button and the command File Open stopped working. Opening previously opened files does work.

Workaround: check the "Use LibreOfficeDev dialogs" option under LibreOfficeDev > General

The program has lost integration with Windows Explorer between 21th and 23th August.
This version: master/Win-x86@6-debug/2013-08-21_20.26.24/ - worked good.
