document with multiple pivot tables

Problem description:
Workbook has several pivot tables on a sheet.
When the sheet is edited, there are only two choices to filter the pivot table : none and ChezNous, a named range on the source sheet. When None is selected, the user is prompted to overwrite non blank cells below the pivot. When the user chooses No, CRASH

Steps to reproduce:
1. Change source sheet data
2. Select Filter for a pivot table
3. Choose None
4. Select No to Overwrite non-blank cells

Current behavior: CRASH

Expected behavior: Select from list of available ranges and update filter.

IN GENERAL : Pivot Tables are next to useless and always have been in Open Office
Operating System: Windows XP
Version: 4.1.1.2 rc
