Keyboard Layout for testing Bug

Problem description: AltGr mapped key sequence types only first key and then opens any Menu like you type Left Alt+F etc. Does not happen in Word 2007 and Notepad. All keyboard shortcuts with Alt and Ctrl+Alt were disabled. Testing Layout attached.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit US international AltGr codes in MSKLC 1.4.Map a character sequence from 2 to 4(max allowed) to any key e.g.'ie' to 'AltGr+N'.
2. Save layout and produce setup and install layout.
3. Press AltGr+N and only 'i' comes and Writer assumes Alt+W is pressed and opens a menu.

Current behavior:types only first key and then assumes shortcut Alt+ is pressed.

Expected behavior:Same as above

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: unspecified
