Border of the input frame

The input frame has a wide border. This is untypical for Libreoffice and doesn't look very pretty. This border should be set to a standard size, like the other frames.

Yes, I increased the border padding because otherwise it is very hard to tear off the input frame. The padding can be reverted back to 4 but we need to add something to make tearing off (or changing position) easier.

Ah ok, I thought this always looked this way. Because it's a bit old fashioned ;)

I would suggest, that we leave it till now to 10 on the top and move back to 4 for the other sides. Because especially where the scrollbars are this is very odd.
