when I press F5, the program crashes at once.

No crash with LO 4.0.5.2 (Win7 32bit) & PPV 14

@neariot, have you experienced that file slide show working prior to 4.1.1.2?

4.0.4.2 rpm package works well for this PPT.

No crash with LO 4.1.1.2 (Win7 64bit)

No crash with LO 4.1.0.4 under Ubuntu 13.04.

There is not enough information:
- it could be a problem of a package (if the LO package is maintained by a third party)
- or a font problem
- or a specific OS configuration problem
- or an installed LO extension

Please provide more information about the crash.
