Created attachment 169412 [details] Minimized example file The dark grey "National Student Clearinghouse" is a png image, with a "DV Commercial HR-XML Web Services: Implementation Guide v1.0 February 3, 2021" textbox in front of it (I added a yellow highlight to its text) and another behind it. The Z-order of the "behind it" one is imported incorrectly and so it becomes visible. This error is also happening in the document body, not only in the header. Here I copied the image and the yellow highlighted textbox to the body and sent the textbox to the back.
