Steps to reproduce:
- open an existing presentation
- menu Slide Show > Custom Slide Show...
- create a new custom slideshow with only some of the existing slides
- check the checkbox at the bottom of the dialog
- click the Start button

expected: only the slides added to the custom slideshow are shown
actual: all slides are shown.

Reproduced by FR QA team on XP with LO 4.1.2 and Ubuntu with 4.1.3.0.0+
Works as expected in LO 4.0.5
