Oh no..it's public area. Please read: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FAQ#How_can_I_eliminate_confidential_data_from_a_sample_document.3F

Then reattach the file & mark previous attachment obsolete.

Oh sorry...any way...doesn't matter...

Emm..maybe I don't understand correctly how to export chart to PDF. But, from several tests, I experienced once that behavior you reported while clicking PDF export button. (LO 4.0.6.1 - Win7 32bit)

Change status to UNCONFIRMED to let someone confirm this.

@Juanli, have you experienced that behavior under certain conditions? Did you always reproduce that?
And please don't directly reply from email. Use link provided within your email instead.

When exporting to PDF with Version: 4.2.0.0.alpha1+
Build ID: d93433ba1181f5d8f6ded0ed0c103df10ebb1f22
TinderBox: MacOSX-x86@49-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2013-11-20_13:04:00

things go fine. No error. I just notice the graph is not included in the exported pdf. But that might be expected? Not sure about that.

Export with 4.1.3.2 works as well.

Which OS X and LO are you on exactly? Is this bug still valid / reproducible with the latest LO release? Currently 4.1.3.2: http://www.libreoffice.org/download/

Setting to NEEDINFO until more detail is provided.

After providing the requested info, please reset this bug to UNCONFIRMED. Thanks :)

I experience a problem with export to PDF of a document with chart, because the graph from the chart is not included in the exported PDF.
While LO 3.5.7 exported only labels, LO from 3.6 onwards until now exports also column names, but without bars (graph).
The same can be tested with this attachment https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=87444.

Since the original problem with an error is not confirmed for a long time, I suggest we change the title to "Chart not exported to PDF" and set to "New", because it's also confirmed by Foss.

I change the title from "Error when exporting Chart to PDF " to "Chart not exported to PDF".

I can correctly export Timur's test file to PDF with no loss of chart using LibO 4.3.3.2 under Win8.1x64

so it looks RESOLVED WORKSFORME

feel free to revert status if you do not agree
Comment 16 Timur 2014-11-26 10:29:01 UTC
Sorry for my test file, it works for a long time now.
But, original example from Comment#4 https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=87444 still doesn't export chart to PDF.
Please verify (I cannot set to NEW) or open a new bug and put again in MAB 4.3.

Comment 18 tommy27 2014-11-26 20:12:53 UTC

a new minimal test case would be appreciated
Comment 19 Timur 2014-11-27 11:09:56 UTC
Mystery resolved.
With Format menu > Page... > Sheet > Print > check Charts it exports and prints fine.
