Description Lukas Jelinek 2013-10-08 10:08:49 UTC
Please consider improving HTML export from Writer (the current state is really confusing). Some proposals:

- Use CSS styling instead of HTML attributes.
- Rigorous use of CSS classes for styles (only direct formatting would use "style" HTML attribute).
- HTML version selection: HTML 4.01 (Transitional/Strict), XHTML (ditto), HTML5...
- More selections: exporting with/without CSS styles, styles embedded/separated, images embedded/separated, styling for fixed/flexible width...

Sounds similar to bug 36977.

Perhaps there are one or more EasyHacks that could be pulled out of here?
