Steps to reproduce:
- launch a build of the master with the integrated help
- hit F1
- open some page of the help in which you know that there is an icon ==> no icon is visible
- on an help page you generally have several links at the bottom (e.g. related topics) ==> these links are text only, they are not clickable.

With the same build options, I do not have this problem with the 4.1 branch.
tested on Build ID: 829752d3159c77f39bdd99bc070cfd543296808cunder Ubuntu 13.04 x86_64

The problem does not occur in the current build of version 4.2.0.0.beta2+ (Build ID: 9bb72868b846a7ba7e8f985a87e944fb760a0f10)

Closing as WorksForMe because I do not know which commit fixed the problem.
