Connect Bug

When I go to connect two shapes (Shift Select) and Select Modify/Connect it returns this wacky output.

See attached - try to hit shift and select 2 shapes then click the connect action in above toolbar on LibreOffice.

See screen shot of what happens when I select two shapes and select Modify/Connect - wacky graphic - should arrow connect the 2 shapes similar to MS Visio...

Dupe of fixed bug 70210?
It looks like one, because I can not reproduce this behavior, tested using Windows 8.1 with LibreOffice 4.1.4.2 (Bug 70210 is fixed in 4.1.4).

So I mark this one as a dupe of that bug.
