I create some basic draw in inkscape that contain some text and save in svg format. However when i'm open it in libre office draw, That  text does not appear. 
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.1.2.3 release

The problem occurs only, if you do File > Open. If you insert the svg-graphic via Insert > Picture, then it is OK.

If you insert the svg-graphic, it remains a svg-graphic.
If you open the svg-graphic, it is split and converted to Draw-objects.

That is similar to the behavior, I have seen in bug 51165. So there might be the same root cause.

Whaaaaa. Insane amount of reports for this issue and agreed, this is another #32248 dupe.
